We all know that your pet(s) are one of the most important parts of your life. Together, our team of doctors and nurse technicians will work with you to ensure your pet stays healthy and happy. But we need your help to obtain a good medical history, discussing his/her habits, activities and environmental surroundings. We are a team with you to make sure we can provide optimal health care.
Upon entering either one of our hospitals, please have your pet on a leash or in a carrier, we wouldn’t want any accidents happening on the way in or out. Our Client Service Representative will greet you at our front desk and she will check you in and have you complete a registration form. To save time, you can download our forms on this website under the Pet Resources Tab. Please bring all your pet’s medications and any medical documents from prior veterinary visits.
An outpatient veterinary technician will escort you and your pet to an exam room. We will complete our history notes, determine if medications or medical tests are current and what other services may be necessary.
When meeting with our doctor, please ask questions. If you write questions down prior to the exam, that will help you give us a more thorough picture of your pet’s possible health problems. Our goal is to educate you about pet-care while helping provide a long and healthy life for your canine or feline companion.
